FrontWars.io puts you on a shared world map with many other players, and everyone is trying to grab as much land as possible. The main goal is to control 72% of the map, so a quiet start can quickly turn into a fight for survival once nearby nations start growing.
Find Somewhere to Start
At the beginning of a match, you choose where your nation will appear. Picking a crowded area can be risky, especially if an aggressive player is already expanding nearby. A quieter piece of the map gives you some breathing room to build up your population before dealing with stronger opponents.
Once you're settled, troops are produced over time. Neutral grey territory is usually the easiest place to expand first. Taking these areas gives you more land without immediately starting a war with another player.
Turn Land Into a Stronghold
More territory means more room for buildings. Cities increase your population limit, while Factories and Ports help your economy and open up naval options. Walls and SAM sites can also make important borders harder to break through.
The event panel is useful when the map gets busy. It keeps track of attacks, alliance requests, and other things happening around the world, so you don't have to guess why your borders are suddenly under pressure.
Watch Every Border
Expanding too far in one direction can leave you with a huge, awkward border. Keeping your territory packed together gives you fewer weak spots to worry about.
Later on, the fighting can spread across land and water. Boats can carry troops over the sea, while nukes and MIRV missiles can hit distant targets. Missiles can't be called back once launched, so firing one is a decision worth thinking about.
Temporary alliances can help when another player starts dominating the map. Just don't forget that those agreements can disappear quickly when there's only a small amount of territory left to fight over.
